A sapphire and diamond panel ring, centred with an oval-cut sapphire of 6.8 x 6.2 x 3.8mm, in a millgrained pierced mount encrusted with single-cut diamonds with calibre-cut sapphire corners, white metal surface testing as platinum, ring head 1.5 x 1.2 cm, size M½, 5.9 grams.
